Since 2020 I have been entrenched in startup culture, working with VC and PE firms as well as angel investor networks to help steward innovative new brands as an advisory and sometimes a service provider, building relevance and revenue in the process.

Green Tea shots are a favorite of American consumers, especially when it’s time to party. But the formula - whiskey, peach schnapps, sour mix - is time-intensive for bartenders to make and can taste wildly different depending on where you order the shots at. Kamoti was invented to solve this with a bottled version that also delivers on 50% less ABV, aligning with the no/lo drinking trends of today. Nationally-distributed, Kamoti is a high-growth power player in an increasingly fickle startup spirits market. I worked with the brand to create its branding and packaging as well as continue to advise on marketing and expansion strategy.

A revolution in caffeine delivery, Terra Kaffe builds the world’s best super automatic espresso machines, connected with smart tech and designed to reduce the plastic waste that comes from pod-based systems. The brand’s minimal, Bauhaus-inspired visual world is rooted in the founder’s time spent in Berlin.
